In honor of our upcoming edition, “Sacred Words”, The Ilanot Review is pleased to announce #SacredPosts: A Facebook challenge in which you get an opportunity to express, in 140 characters or fewer, what “sacred” means to you.

From now until December 15, we will select one #SacredPosts entry per week and publish it on our website and on our Facebook page. All submitted posts will be considered for publication in a special feature in our upcoming issue.

How to participate:

1. Like The Ilanot Review on Facebook.
2. Post to our timeline an original post (140 characters or fewer), a quote, an image or a video representing what “sacred” means to you. Include the hashtag #SacredPosts. (If you use a quote, image or video by someone else, make sure to attribute it.)
3. Repeat as often as desired.

And of course, don’t forget to submit your best creative nonfiction, fiction, poetry, hybrid writing and translations to our upcoming “Sacred Words” edition. We look forward to your #SacredPosts!
